Els de Groot took over her activities as CRO. In summer 2019 Petra will resign for her remaining tasks and her employment relationship with Rabobank will be terminated. Petra will receive a severance pay equivalent to one year's salary of EUR 884,000 and her regular individual pension contribution. The pension scheme for the members of the Managing Board is classified as a collective defined contribution scheme. The maximum income on the basis of which the members of the Managing Board can build up a pension amounts to a maximum, for 2018 ninety-nine thousand three-hundred and eighty four euros. Any income exceeding this amount is not pensionable. As of January 1,2015, the members ofthe Managing Board therefore receive an individual pension contribution. Expenses related to members and former members ofthe Supervisory Board totaled EUR 1.2 million (2017: EUR 1.3 million). This includes VAT and employer's contributions payable. In addition to the role of Member ofthe Supervisory Board of Rabobank, the remuneration also depends on the roles in the various committees.
