Our strategic HR pillars are leadership, talent
and culture. We are going to accelerate these
topics in 2018 as they are of high strategic
importance for the bank. They provide the
context in which employees and the bank
itself can develop.
Employee performance is the key to Rabobank's aim of being a high-
performance bank for clients in this fast-changing world. In January
2017, we introduced GROW!, where we encourage employees to
conduct a constant dialogue about their own contribution, behaviour
and development, using appreciative inquiry techniques and regular
feedback sessions. We also introduced a personal annual development
budget of EUR 1,500 to stimulate our employee's personal growth.
