In 2017, none of the group companies experienced any
significant restrictions in the payment of dividends orthe
redemption of loans and repayment of advances. The option
of group companies to pay dividend to Rabobank depends
on various factors, including local regulatory requirements,
statutory reserves and financial performance.

Rabobank regards the members of the Managing Board
and the Supervisory Board as key management personnel.
The members of the Managing Board are among the identified
staff. In 2017, the remuneration of members of the Managing
Board amounted to 8.6 (2016 Executive Board: 7.5).The increase
is related to the expansion of the Executive board with six
members to the Managing Board with ten members, from
September 1 st 2017 onwards.
