hereby declares that, to the best of its knowledge:
the financial statements give a true and fair view of the assets,
liabilities, financial position and profit of Rabobank, and the
companies included in the consolidation;

of affairs as at the reporting date, and of the course of affairs
during the financial year at Rabobank and its affiliated entities
whose information is included in its financial statements;
