For its own people, Rabobank has set out a new and
leading policy focused on talent development, diversity
and inclusiveness, conditions of employment and
performance management. In its policy for 2007 and
beyond, Rabobank will explicitly take long-term trends
in the society into account.

Rabobank believes that sustainable growth in prosperity and
