Sector specialists, product skills and
regional insight. Rabobank has them all
in abundance. One ongoing challenge,
however, is delivering this know-how
effectively and effïciently to clients and
employees. Two soon to be launched
online business platforms - Global Deal
Communication and Act Together - have
been designed on SharePoint to inform
Rabobank specialists and help them
to better connect with their clients, no
matter where they're based.
The Global Deal Communication platform
is a central database where employees
can store and share information, including
all available communication means,
about deals carried out within Rl. For the
first time, this will provide a global over-
view of the completed deals within Rl.
Act Together, in turn, contains best prac-
tices of collaboration: deals and projects
that stand out because they involved
cross-regional or cross-departmental
cooperation, or cross-Group cooperation
with entities such as De Lage Landen
and Robeco.
