Rabobank International has once again
held its meeting of the North American
Agribusiness Advisory Board (NAAAB).
The Rabobank advisory board is com-
prised of influential executives from Food
and Agribusiness (F&A) sectors critical
to Rabobank's North American strategy.
The board also includes key people from
policy and governmental institutions,
which provides broader input on central
Advisory Board member Mr Bucklin,
Executive Vice President,
Rl North America Wholesale
F&A themes. While there is no set term for
board membership, most serve between
3-5 years.
The board meets annually for two full days,
which usually includes an opening welcome
event. Although the board carries no fiduci-
ary or other legal obligations, the meeting
gives Rabobank board members a unique
opportunity to engage with key opinion
leaders and business magnates in lively,
off-the record discussions. It helps Rabobank
to better understand the critical dynamics
of the complex world we call F&A.
The meetings are generally in the early
autumn or late spring, although this can
vary, depending on the year. The venue
annually rotates between Canada, Mexico,
the United States and Europe.
