Rabobank International has announced
a revised Rl governance structure. This
realignment reflects the strategie choices,
as laid down in Rabobank Group's Strategie
Framework 2009-2012. The main driver
for the proposed governance change is
the increased emphasis on the wholesale
and retail cliënt business. The MBRI will be
replaced by two management teams
1) Wholesale, led by Sipko Schat and
2) International Retail, led by Berry Marttin,
as from 1 October 2009. In this article

the new structure implies.
