tools, was positive and would like to see the current corporate
culture of HHK preserved in the new Rabobank.
Remon Sugiyanto of PT Lassellefood Indonesia added that the
brand recognition of Rabobank in Indonesia needs to be strength-
ened, howeverthe global image of the bank would be helpful in
building its business.
Clients for the Surabaya branch mentioned the triple A
status of Rabobank, the better international services available, and
the fact that they expect more products and new distribution
channels like internet banking.
All clients hoped to get good prices, rates and the high level of
service they now experienced with HHK.
