Collaboration between Rabobank, N.A. (RNA) and Rabobank Global Financial
Markets (GFM) has resulted in a rapid growth of structured products business in
the United States. GFM's talent in designing attractive investment products,
and their successful distribution model for RNA-issued products has resulted in
new levels of deposit in-flow.

structured products for the retail
investment market outside Europe in June
2004. 'When we visited the regional
Rabobank retail offices in California, we saw
how we could put our investment product
knowledge and experience to work in
