Dear colleagues,
Picture a space shuttle - its successful ascent relies on co-ordinated booster
rockets to operate in sync. This is what we are trying to achieve in the
Rabobank wholesale network: a culture of co-operation and innovation,
where the franchise value of a deal isjust as important as its profitability.
Our ambition to be number one in the Netherlands and in F&A globally is
within our reach if the various wholesale units maintain their uniqueness and
strengths while reinforcing their ties and boosting their performance through
co-operation.
