The market in the Netherlands is very competitive,
but Corporate Advisory has still been able to lead
many transactions this year and set its sights firmly
on that larger slice of the pie. 'We specialize in Dutch
shares, we have the biggest research group in this
area, we have successful sales capabilities, and we
can offer leveraged financing; all the advantages to
bring clients where they need to be. Armed with
these tools, we are looking to lead many more
mid-cap equity market transactions,' De Bekker says.
Corporate Advisory has done more than twenty
transactions so far this year, with a few more in the
pipeline, a steady flow compared to last year. Tm sure

The business activities of Corporate Advisory
comprise Equity Capital Markets (such as share issues
and Initial Public Offerings, usually known as IPOs),
Mergers Acquisitions (in Food Agri and in General
Industries) and Financial Sponsors (so called private
equity firms). One of its major advantages is its strong
relationship with Rabobank's Corporate Clients, with
Rabobank International Mergers Acquisitions, and
with Rabobank International Leveraged Finance,
