From its first decla- ration on the environment in 1992 Rabobank now bas its own Sustainability and Social Innovation Directorate, with the concept of sustain ability firmly embedded in a code of conduct and the Group mission statement. While up until 1995 the bank focused on people and profit, since 1996 it bas worked on the 'Triple-p' concept, adding planet to the equation. When the Swiss Sustainable Asset Management Bureau assessed Rabobank Group's performance in sustainable entrepreneurship, it scored 64% of the maximum achievable.
