Brendan Burke - moving forward
This change to a centralized admin-
istration system had been attempted
once before, unsuccessfully. 'The
reason for its success this time, is that
the business is being run regionally
now and is more focused in terms of
product and customer,' says Kaan.
'We're running tighter ships and of
fering a narrower range of products
to a more carefully selected group of
clients.' Impiementation of the Flex-

is also a great compliment to our
own RI staff as they have had to
play a full part in the projects while
continuing to perform their normal
daily functions.'

cube has meant some growing pains
for those involved. 'Pains are a nor-
mal part of the process when moving
from a well-established and familiar
system to an entirely new system,'
says Kaan. 'It takes quite some time
before old habits are replaced. Don't
