In fact, the emphasis on this type of deal is no more than a reflection of what you're doing out there. Even people not working in dedicated M&A teams seem to be doing this kind of business - a fine exam- ple is the poultry deal closed by our people in Sydney. They even picked up corporate deal of the year for it (page 7).
