Getting business up and
running in our new Tokyo
representative office are
Nobuyuki Mokkoh as general
manager and Freek Hoek as
deputy. Hand picked from his
previous post of managing
director and regional head of
Asia for Sakura Global Capital
Asia Limited, Nobuyuki
Mokkoh is something of an
expert on the region's
operations. Prior to that,
Mokkoh juggled various
people
Germany Alexander Binz has
been appointed head of risk
management.The IB sales
department was strenghtened
with Thomas Pirzer and
Wolfgang Zinkl as director, and
head of fixed income derivatives
respectively. Karl Montag and
Peter Berns left the bank.
Horig Kong Private banking has
new colleagues in investment
managers Karen Kam and
Grace Li.
Netherlands Frank Strater and
Maarten Arnoldy have been
appointed manager aerospace
export finance. Carlos Daniël
Junqueira dos Reis joined the
RIAS team as project analyst.
Carlos comes from Brazil. Frans de
Jong has been promoted head of
the policy research desk within
global credit risk management.

Selvarajah has been appointed
associate director quantitative
equity research within equities
brokerage.The financial
institutions group has been
extended with Christopher
Freeman as director. Eugene Buck
reinforces the global balance
sheet management group as
director. Thomas Hegel left the
Utrecht office to become senior
bond originator within the fixed
income derivatives department.
The same department was
extended with Peter Norrie as
managing director.The short term
interest rate products department
was strengthened by Anthony
Allen and Damon Robbins as
senior dealer - Yen USD and
repo trader respectively.
General management was
extended with Sylvan Martinez as
manager product risk control
within market risk control. Robert
Rattray joined the M&A team.
The Edinburgh office got a new
colleague in Joanne McNeill as
deputy manager.
USA the Chicago office has a new
colleague in Niek Broeijer as
project manager APFT. Before Niek
was account manager in Dallas.
