Xing Fen Shen
Xing Fen Shen joins up with the hank's representative Dai Flu to
reinforce the Beijing operation. Xing Fen hrings to her new position
a hroad range of experience in international trade. She studied
economics in Shanghaiher home town, doing postgraduate studies
at the London School of Ecomonics. Besides international trade
relations, her varied career includes a period as a diplomat in Africa,
UN experience in Vienna and a stint with Standard Chartered. She
will be working closely with Clara Fung's Hong Kong-based trade
and commodity finance team on developmg the Chinese market.

commissioned by the Dublin
operation has picked up a
European Regional Award for
design excellence. Says Brian
Nolan of Dynamo, the Dublin-
based company which
designed the Annual Report:
'We were so pleased with the

excellence means both

Regional Design Annual,
which means unexpected
