SINGAPORE
The merchant bank's managing director,
Frederik R. Hoek, was asked to join the
Financial Markets Division in Utrecht. He is
now head of Capital Market Products.
Dominic Terberg, account manager, joined
the offshore bank on 4 November. Prior to
his attachment to the branch's Corporate
Banking Department, Dominic Terberg was
account manager Corporate Banking at
Head Office.
Oei Chu Boon was appointed operations
manager of the Singapore Branch and
Rabobank Asia in May.

GERMANY
Jürgen Andrae has been appointed
manager of the ADCA office in Leipzig
which was officially opened in October. He
was formerly manager of the ADCA-BANK
branch in Hanover. Peter Crisral took over
his position in Hanover.

Dooren, who was
formerly with the securities house
Schretlen in Amsterdam and the Rabo
Trust Company in Utrecht, was appointed
manager of the Rabo Trust Company
Curagao in October.
NEW YORK
The New York
Branch said goodbye
to Bert Wiss (photo),
who was manager of
the Dutch desk there.
He is now with the
Eurodesk in Utrecht,
an activity which as-
sist and advices cus-
tomers intending to
do business abroad,
and particularly in
their contacts with the foreign offices and
alliances.
Ad Gerritsen, account manager in New
York, returned to the Netherlands in Au
gust and is now with the Venture Capital
Group of Rabobank Nederland in Utrecht.
UTRECHT
Bob van der
Kwast retired in Oc
tober. At the start of
the 80s he was head
of the Foreign Offices
Department and later
chairman of the em
ployees' council of
Rabobank Neder
land. The Bank also
said goodbye to Jo-
landa van Alphen,
who was a secretary in the Foreign Offices
Department. Her successor is Christine
Maarse (photo) who has been with Rabo
bank Nederland for over five years.
LUXEMBOURG
Jos Kat, a tax consultant in Luxem-
bourg, was appointed in September as
manager of Rabo Trust in Luxembourg, the
bank's own trust office.
INDONESIA
Barney Agerbeek was recentiy appoint
ed manager of Rabo Finance Indonesia, a
leasing company which has been taken
over from ABN Amro. At the same time,
Dennis Openshaw was appointed manager
of Rabobank Duta. Until recentiy he was
with the locai Rabobank in Beemster-
Zeevang.
Ml LAN
In July, Paul Dekker was appointed as
Rabobank Nederland's representative in
Milan. Until then he had been head of the
country desk North and South America in
Utrecht. Dekker succeeds Cees Jansen
who is now with De Lage Landen where he
is responsible for coordinating the policy of
that company's foreign offices. Dekker has
been succeeded by Huib van de Burg,
formerly head of International Research,
Economie Research Department.
HONG KONG
Joyce Keur, who ran the Dutch Desk of
the Hong Kong Branch for several years,
has returned to the Netherlands. A per
manent successor has not been found as
yet.
SWITZERLAND
Willem Jan Habersaat has been ap
pointed senior portfolio manager at Rabo-
Invest Management AG. He wili mainly
concentraté on private customers. In Sep
tember, Patric Keiler joined Rabolnvest as
portfolio manager and will be concerned
with servicing European clients.
LONDEN
David McWilliam has been appointed
manager of the LPO in Edinburgh. He was
formerly account manager with the London
Branch.
SAN FRANCISCO
William Bishop has been appointed
manager of the LPO in San Francisco. His
predecessor Bob Mitchell left the organ-
ization.
