MILAN
Rabobank Nederland in Milan has taken
over all the shares of a small Italian finance
company. This new subsidiary, Rabofin
Italia SpA, is managed by Roberto de
Cardona.
SINGAPORE
Rabobank Asia Ltd. and Rabobank
Nederland Singapore Branch are to intensify
their cooperation. Both offices will be
managed by Gijs van der Schrieck. Freek
Hoek, who was managing director of Rabo
bank Asia, returned to the Netherlands
where he will join the Financial Markets
Division. Rose Quek left in March. She had
been senior operations manager at the
office since its formation.
ADCA-BANK
Authorized signer Fritz Strüwe has retired
from ADCA-BANK in Hanover. He joined the
bank on 1 October 1948. Jürgen Andrae
and his secretary Birgit Heinrich have start-
ed work in Leipzig in what was formerly East
Germany. Reinhard Hüffner has been ap-
pointed Manager of the Munich branch.
Ton van Acken has left the Stuttgart branch
and has been succeeded by Manfred Bie-
hal.
MADRID
Since 1 February, Erik Vermeulen has
been employed as the assistant to Maus
Barendrecht, general manager of the
Madrid office. Vermeulen was formerly a
management trainee with Rabobank
Nederland.

Theodore Cox has been named account
manager/vice-president Commodity Trade
Finance. Richard Schulze has been
appointed as manager US and Dutch
Corporate Banking/senior vice-president
and Bruce Baccus as account manager/
vice-president US Agribusiness.
JAKARTA

PARIS
On 1 February, Rabobank Nederland's
representative office in Paris was converted
into a fully operational branch. lts official
name is now Rabobank France. The
management team consists of Oet Bakker,
general manager, Gerard Moreau, head of
Operations, Jean-Louis Bernard, head of
Marketing and Account Management, Derek
Duke, treasury manager, and André Bar,
head of Business Development/Dutch Desk.
The official opening took place on 22 May.
