Partly on account of the security provided by the parent
company in respect of other loans granted mainly to foreign
group companies, there is no concentration of credit risks on
the mortgage and other loans. The increase in other loans to
group companies in the company balance sheet is due to the
acquisition of the assets of a subsidiary company.
