The pension commitments are
mainly incorporated in the
'Stichting Pensioenfonds
Concern Friesch-Groningsche
Hypotheekbank'; the premiums
and past service obligations due
up to and including 1977, fixed
partially on the basis of provisional
calculations have been paid into
the pension fund.
The pension provision is
considered necessary in view
of the final settlement of the
pension adjustments up to and
including December 31, 1977,
with intended further adjust
ments and with obligations to
pensioners superannuated
before 1953.
