The net consolidated result of the Group rose by fZ.1 million to
f 21.8 million.
As a result of the above-mentioned transaction whereby 50% of
the shares in Makelaarskantoor Gemako b.v. were transferred to
the Amfas Groep n.v., the figures of Gemako are no longer
consolidated with those of the real estate business. The
comparative figures for 1974 were adjusted accordingly.
Thedividend of the Friesch-Groningsche Hypotheekbank n.v. for the
financial year 1975 was fixed at f 2.44 per ƒ1 Oof a fully paid-up share
(in 1974 f2.20). A statement of the dividends to be paid on the
various classes of shares is given later in this report.
