Keur FGH BANK: PROFILE FGH Bank specializes in the financing of commercial real estate and as a result has extensive in-house expertise in this field, including all of the relevant disciplines, ranging from real estate law to taxation. The bank also has an in-house Valuation Research Department, which is staffed by real estate analysts, valuers and building consultants. FGH Bank also has two subsidiaries. FGH Vastgoed Expertise provides general real estate advice, in the form of valuations, portfolio analysis, market research and legal and fiscal advice. It also provides advice on finding premises, and on relocation and investment strategies.
