SOLVENCY
The requirements of De Nederlandsche Bank for the significant capital ratios have been derived from the capital adequacy
directives of the European Union and the Basle Committee on Banking Supervision.
These ratios reflect the relation of the bank's total qualifying capital and tier 1 capital to its total risk-weighted assets.
The respective minimum percentages required for total capital and tier 1 capital are 8% and 4% of risk-weighted assets.
